Tasty spicy!!!!
This stuff is SO SO SO tasty! I buy it at the grocery store these days when I'm feeling like my tongue needs to lose its tastebuds due to spice. It's right there on the cusp for me...it's spicy, but I refuse to stop eating it because YUM!!! I add a package of coconut rice to it and it's legit perfect.White people tastebuds beware, but Asians and Mexicans are fine.

Make a good quick meal
I like to put these in a tortilla or wrap with spinach, and onions , top with shredded cheese and nuke. But i was thinking because they are packaged they may not b the healthiest thing. To my surprise they rated really high on the Yuka app. They make a good quick meal and the price is good on Amazon.

Taste like real Indian food!!
This masala tastes great. High in sodium so be careful. I buy basmati rice to go with it and it tastes so good. Happy with this purchase.

Flavorful, Quick Vegetarian Dinner Option
These are so convenient and way more flavorful than you’d expect from a pouch meal. I heat them in the microwave and serve with rice or naan for a complete, protein-packed dinner. Rich, hearty, and totally meatless.

Donated elder home. I was also disappointed how close to expiration when I received it
purchased the Punjab Eggplant I tried one of the 6 bags. I had to so much to it to church it up quite a bit and give it some sort of taste. It's truly one of blandest tasting things I've ever had. No exaggeration. Not even a tomato taste. Based on the information and photos here they look like they will be delicious. It was disappointing because I had kept wanting to try these tasty bite sauces which I thought were ready to eat meals that could be eaten by themselves or over something. Which i suppose you could do if you're so inclined. I throughly read the ingredients and reviews before purchasing. I didn't see much reviews for the eggplant when I purchased mine but based on the ingredients and description and information provided I had absolutely no reason to think they were going to have no taste.I did give it 3 stars mainly because of the non-gmo verified ingredients and for me it would be 2 servings per 10oz bag over rice, grilled zucchini or eggplant. The nutritional profile isn't bad for a quick ready made dish. If the eggplant was good i was going to try spinach or mushroom next. Other varieties could be more flavorful than the eggplant but they are too expensive at 6 10oz pouches to keep trying what I expect will most likely be bland as well. Unless the company sends me free samples of them. If you have a big appetite you will only get 1 serving per pouch of any given variety even over rice, barley, eggplant, zucchini etc.Texture was ok. Taste wasn't good or bad because it had none. It would have been much easier to use if I didn't have to add so much to it. It's not something you can just take to work for lunch to prepare quick unless you have access to spices at work, know exactly what you want to add to it, prepare the night before or unless you do eat bland foods. As I said I donated the other 5 to an elderly home. You can't get a refund on most food items so keep that in mind. Smell wasn't very strong either. On the bright side they seem to be healthy.

Excellent Option for Needed Fiber, Beware a Bit Acidic
They are quick, easy, and taste good. Just be aware, they are marked as mild, but that is a relative mild obviously- they pretty acidic actually. However, not to be too indelicate, they are a miracle for when you have become irregular in my experience. Eating the bag by itself seems to provide some necessary fiber and other components composition, that may help in that department
