We have used Rosslare many times in the past, although I've never bought through Amazon and am a little disappointed to see them being sold here for less than what I would pay through a "wholesaler". That said, these are a great inexpensive panel to work with and include a lot of features for half or 1/3 the price of IEI or similar. One thing I've always liked about this particular panel is it incldues a 1.5A 12VDC aux power supply with backup battery which can be used to run your locks (enough for a couple of mags or electric strikes). So one less thing you have to buy.Programming is a little convoluted. You really need to know some basics about TCP/IP networking to configure it properly. If you're just the wire monkey installing it, hopefully the site has a good IT person to help. I have had good luck with Rosslare's tech support but my questions are generally ones about configuring schedules, nonstandard network interfaces, etc. . .
