I received the product which has issues on one side of the clock...it runs slower than the other and the time gap widens Also the clock git got dismantled while changing the battery...Poor quality

The media could not be loaded.  Received a broken clock for the second time

Good one

First one was damaged and second order replacement was hassle free however one of the clock machine inside was a faulty one. I had to pay 180/- to get that replaced in local watch repair store. I didn’t want to return again and wait for another week.
