Very deep
Bought these to make pumpkin pie and pecan pie. They are very sturdy and non stick. Fould them a bit deep for what I wanted but overall they worked well. Loose bottom made getting the pies out a breeze.

Very Good quality and perfect results.
They were delivered on time, well packed and I cleaned and used one that day. I have a perfect large quiche and the separate base made it very easy to remove the quiche from the tin and no bits stuck to the tin. I have other similar tins which leave bits of pastry on the sides.Would recommend to anyone.

Great pie dishes!
Love these pie dishes. Excellent for quiche and also for cheesecake! Looking forward to using it for a deep pie.Good sturdy dishes. Well worth the price.

I have looked for some time for a deep flan tin and for the first time these pans fit the bill exactly. I was so tired of baking shallow flans with little filling and finally I can make them with some substance. My first attempt was wonderful and highly praised although the pan was the real hero. The flan came out easily and with the loose base a perfect combination
