Ich habe diese Enzyme Presslinge (keine Kapseln) weggeworfen als ich gesehen habe, das sie microkristalline Cellulose enthalten.Ich bin enttäuscht von der Herstellerfirma Garden of Liefe, weil sie micricristalline Cellusose in manche Produkte reinmischen.Ich denke, das das bei biologischen Produkten nicht drin sein sollte !

Stomach PAIN!!! Formula must have changed
Unfortunately this product gave me a severe stomach ache, ER level pain. I used to take this for years and it comforted my IBS issues and aided my digestion. I have now taken this a couple of times and instead of comforting my stomach it does the COMPLETE opposite. Why did I take them more than once? Because I couldn’t believe that the enzyme had caused the pain. Even though it followed almost immediately. Because it had been such a useful supplement in the past I just couldn’t imagine it was the cause of the pain. But I am 100% sure the extreme pain came from this supplement. I had to take prescription pain medicine to get relief from the pain. This was an awful experience.I would not take this ever again.. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone.RUN from these

Amazing for Allergies
Have been using these digestive enzymes for over 10 years. They were suggested to me by a holistic medicine specialist (whose main modality was applied kinesiology) to take 2 to 4 of these enzyme tablets before each meal in order to eliminate allergies and prevent sinus congestion and chronic sinus infections. I have no idea why or how they work, but these digestive enzymes eliminated all sinus issues and allowed me to get off of four different prescription allergy medications, and I’ve remained symptom-free and off all allergy meds for over 10 years. These also have more of the “beano” enzyme per tablet than actual beano, so they also work great for preventing gas.
