Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to store. I used this to make concord grape jelly and it could not have been easier. Three pounds of boiling grape mush fit easily into the cone, simply move the wooden agitator stick every now and then and juice was quickly extracted. So much better than the messy cheese cloth method. I used the stand with a large measuring cup under the cone, however you could also hook the cone to a deep pot and let it drip right into it. Very versatile tool.

When you want really thick tomato juice this is the thing to have! It is a little difficult to clean only because what I use it for is tomatoes and don’t want seeds and skins. But it can be cleaned and I love it!!!

Works well for processing pawpaws into pulp.

wooden pestle does not fit the strainer so it is useless

I have wanted this for many years when I used this as a child at my aunt's house for canning. I was pleased to finally have one which will be put to work in my kitchen to ensure smooth sauces, strain pasta and vegetables as well as help with canning.
