Very good quality product and very affordable. Great for satisfying your calcium requirement.

Firstly I was a bit disappointed that it is advertised as Calcium Citrate yet also contains Calcium Carbonate and Malate, and doesn't say in what amounts. Secondly, after taking this pills I get nausea and indigestion, which is why I wanted Calcium Citrate over the other forms in the first place.

PROS: These calcium capsules are easy to swallow. And they're a really good blend of three kinds of calcium which all help the body in different ways. CONS: One 500 mg serving is TWO capsules which, if you're also taking magnesium and vitamin D which are needed for better absorption of the calcium, makes for a lot of pills to take.

I ordered the item by a mistake, because I only read "Calciumcitrate" and missed the line below, that it also contained carbonate, which I poorly absorb and do not want. I have no experience with the specific product by intake.
