I like this loop for two main reasons; 1- I don't have to be looking for the object I am observing since the loop is big enough. 2- there's always a shadow created by the person trying to see the the object and the light above, but with this loop the light is at the right place on the loop itself so I don't have to worry looking for the light on top of the object.Good idea!

The sturdy little loupe with a built in light is just the thing for identifying problem pests on my plants and for finding little splinters. The price is great and delivery was quick. Highly recommended for a 40 power magnifier.

They offered to replace the loupe, no questions asked.I moved the lights around beforehand however, and it worked well.
