Single Girl Bliss: How to Stop Feeling Alone and Start Feeling Alive Paperback

Finally an author who gets where you're at and doesn't just offer ways to "fix yourself" so you can date better people. I felt like this book was written directly to me. I struggle with loneliness and feeling like there's something wrong with me. I can't say those feelings are completely gone after reading this book, but I'm doing so much better. I also like the practical parts about getting your life together. Who can't use that? If you're single and struggling with anything at all, this is the book for you!

I use my dad's amazon account to purchase items, this book being one of them. I have to say that even though I am in my 20's, I have had every single limiting thought Single Girl Bliss talks about. The author breaks the book down into "Getting your mind right" which includes your mind and all the limiting thoughts we think about ourselves and then "Getting your life right", which includes who we are and the rest of the things that encompass our life. She also has "work" for us to do at the end of each chapter, which I didn't want to do at first, but once I broke down and did it (I bought the book, do the work!) I found it incredibly helpful. I still have more of "the work" to do, as I am taking this seriously and this can take time to get it done right. If your single and not 100% happy with your life, this book can help.

Reading this book is like talking to directly to the author. She has a direct, no nonsense approach to life. This is a realistic view of what single life can be. I embraced being single a long time ago but this had some great reminders of why. Single girls can and are happy, blissful even. Worth the read.

I absolutely loved reading this book! I related so much to it as a single girl in this modern dating world. This book touches on all the key points that can help anyone find happiness with themselves and not have their happiness depended on a man. Recommend to all you single girls out there ;)

Full of anecdotes, practical advice and "laugh out loud" personal stories that will take you back to those cringeworthy dating years. Great advice for anyone who is happily single or who wants to learn how to be!
