I'll be honest - we didn't keep it. My four year old wouldn't just let the baby play in peace. He just kept appearing out of nowhere with a Godzilla roar to stomp on it. So, five stars for durability! But that tended to frighten the baby, so I gave it (the mat, not the baby) to a friend who doesn't have an older child to play Godzilla and her baby loves it.

This is cute! And baby loves it! Baby “talks” and squeals at the animals inside! This play Kat is super easy to use and baby likes it a lot. I left ours to air out for 2 days when we got it because it had that boxed pool floaty smell. After that and a wipe down with a wet cloth, it was odorless. I leave mine filled with water (at least for the last month I have), and there has been no mold or cloudiness. I do plan to drain and dry for a few weeks because we’re going to alternate between this and the traditional tummy time play gyms. For the price I highly recommend this!

I love this thing. I've seen people complain about mold, I'm not having that issue and here's why...I didn't put "two tablespoons" or whatever, of vinegar in there. I DUMPED a bunch of vinegar in there. Like...a lot. Not a little. And then I filled it with water. I've had this thing for at least a month....no mold.Also, the vinyl smell goes away. You have to just let it sit. I'm sitting in front of this thing as we speak...no vinyl smell, no mold. This purchase was well worth it, and my daughter loves it.I put it on her high chair tray and she just "splashes".

Been using this for about six months now and no issues. I added vinegar to the water and it has kept any mold/mildew away so far. This is the same water I originally filled it with six months ago and it’s still clear. My baby loves this thing! He originally hated it for tummy time but after about a month he decided he loved it. Would buy again.

I’m giving this a great review even though I returned it.It is thick and sturdy and easy to install. I wish I would have ordered this sooner. My son is too old for it now. I know he would have loved it during tummy time. But he’s almost a walker now so he’s always on the go and hardly payed attention to it. He did like stepping on it and feeling the waves.He’s one so I suggest to get it while they’re younger.It’s a great idea to entertain babies and also super cute!
