Great for creating a barrier on skin
Used for my sons incisions stitches. The doctor was old school and used rough, non-dissolving stitches. These pads were lightweight and durable, keeping the stitches covered so they would not catch on his pants or brace and get rubned or pulled. Light adhesive kept them in place and came off easier than a bandaid.

BUY IT
I am extremely impressed!!!! I saw a reviewer on here who did a video and also explained in the reviews how to tell which side was the adhesive side and made my purchase based on their experience with many other products so I took their word for it and will be sure to keep these handy. They adhere all day and even over ointment on your skin and while you're active all day taking care of a toddler and animals. I never had such a good product. I didn't have to wear tight fitted pants either to keep it in place. I wore loose joggers. It's been almost 12 hours of going going going I think this thing could go a good 24hrs+ but don't do that, its isn't sanitary. I highly recommend making the purchase!

Decent non-stick dressings
After using regular gauze dressings on minor wounds and having the painful experience of taking off those dressings after they've become stuck to the dried blood, etc., the discovery of non-stick dressings was a blessing! You will need something to hold the non-stick dressings in place- I generally use paper tape or a roll of gauze (both of which you should be able to find at any drugstore). These non-stick dressings are as described on Amazon- each dressing is 2 x 3 inches, and, just like band-aids, they come in a cardboard box with each dressing sealed individually in a sterile package. They do a good job of not sticking to wounds. The thing I did not like about these is that the dressings (or "pads" as the box calls them) are only sealed on two ends (the 2-inch sides), so that all the internal cotton/polyester layers are visible on the other two ends (the 3-inch sides). The reason I don't like this is that when securing the dressings with tape, the tape has a tendency to get stuck to the inner layers and it makes adjusting the dressing or getting it on evenly a bit difficult without pulling the dressing apart. Overall, these dressings do what they advertise, but in my opinion, there are better ones out there.

Easy removal and comfortable wound protection.
I used these when I had stitches so it would not cling to the wound, it was easy to remove. I was thankful for these during that healing process.

Recommend for kits of reasons. No real complaints and canโt best the quality for the price
Itโs pretty neat that they have sticky tabs but you still need tape. The sticky doesnโt quite reach the edge. I really donโt like the sticky tabs because of how much of the pad they take up. Makes it a lot smaller BUT! if you flip it over itโs identical without the sticky tabs and work a lot better leaving the paper in the tabs to control the bleed through. Rather you use the sticky side or not itโs quite normal for the blood to seep to the surface of the pad. Paper up and paper on protects clothes. Itโs a good barrier. But yeh overall theyโre great. Donโt stick to the wound, soft, comfortable, not too thick (think thatโs why it seeps) but thick enough to get the job done. Quirky yes but I still recommend them. I only buy these. Canโt beat the price and pretty good quality. I only use to buy โban-day-dโ brand but theyโre terribly expensive so I to grabbed these and like I said theyโre a little quirky but theyโre really good. A good price for stocking up so theyโre always available (IYKYK)

As advertised
Worked Great

Worked as stated in my situation.
This type of non-stick pad was recommended by my local urgent care for an open wound on my leg so I would not completely tear off the scab when removing it to replace it with a fresh cover twice a day. I was also using an antibiotic ointment, not putting the pad directly on the wound without the ointment, so I can't speak to how they would be without an ointment, but they were great for what I needed. I'm healed now, but I will definitely keep some on hand for any future injuries.

Adhesive strips are handy
Bought for my elderly mum who frequently bumps and tears her skin. Good size for those bigger than a bandaid wounds and the adhesive strips help to secure while bandaging, but arenโt enough to use without added bandage. Quite a thin pad but non stick, so can be used in combination with more padding if needed.

Was worth it
Didn't stick to the wound which was great and the tape on it was OK needed to put paper tape over it all in all it did the job

very effective
these are awesome! when you go to a store you pay more for less- so this was a wicked find as my husband has burn wounds that have to be changed twice a day- ive bought two boxs so far and hoping we dont need more but this will forever be my choice for these!

Good for healing open wounds 1cm or less in size
Good for dressing wounds. Gauze layer over dressing pad stops it from sticking. Easy to apply then hold in place with tape. Allows airflow for healing.
