Sorry can’t help u on that , get a tape measure and measure look at their size guide and order accordingly am size small but I ordered medium and took the waist area in as my hips couldn’t fit in the small size hope this is helpful

Hi I 8 to 10 should be just fine they don't scrimp on sizes ' there is a size chart I to click on I think yours will be small ' don't take my word for it check the chart ' believe me you will love the shape it gives you' and if there is a problem with it when you get it ' the company are ever sp good ' they are very fast and will sort ihope this helped but do.
