While I haven't tried, I suspect the 12" Thule Gauntlet would be a bit tight for a 13" laptop. However, the Gauntlet can be ordered in larger 13" and 14" sizes.

Q: Will it fit an iPad Pro 12.9”?

Thank you for your question. The Thule Gauntlet MacBook Sleeve 12" is designed to fit 12" MacBook laptops. It was not designed with tablets in mind, though they may fit in the sleeve if they have similar dimensions.
