I bought this tea because articles I read claim it lowers blood creatinine. I’ve been drinking one cup per day. My most resent labs show an improvement in blood creatinine levels. Is it the tea? IDK, but I’m going to continue drinking it.

My husband doesn't like the woody flavor, but I don't mind it. I can't tell if it has all the health benefits that it claims to.
