Great rack to keep my gym organized.
I like that this rack was easy to hang, and came with all the bolts needed for installation. It also came with a clip to hang additional accessories. Thanks for the great product.

Inadequate hardware, no way to contact seller
When I received the package, it simple enough: Sturdy well made metal gym organizer, two anchors, two screws, and the lovely touch of an added small level. There were no directions, but simple enough right? I used a 1/4in drill bit, and hammered the anchors into the wall. Well turns out the anchors are too small for the screw, and wouldn't screw in with a drill or a screw driver. Maybe someone who does this all the time would have noticed, but I don't so had to deal with the frustration and potential damage to the drywall. The anchors pulled out of the wall with the screws thank god, but are now broken. I tried contacting the seller as was requested in the card that came with the package, but there is no button at all to message the seller. I checked multiple different ways and googled it to make sure I wasn't missing it. So now I'm settling with a two star review and heading to home depot to get the correct equipment.
