Big whopper flopper!
Ever get frustrated with those dinky turners that come in your grill set? Try to turn or remove fish? Ha! Not with this monster. Strong, thick stainless and stands handle up ready for action!

Solid and big
This is a very substantial spatula. My only concern, mostly because the blade is so thick which otherwise is a huge plus, was that the front would be like a wall pushing food around on my griddle. 90 seconds on a belt sander and it has a nice bevel on the front.

This is the one - Super versatile!
I have been using this spatula for about 3 years now. It is great. This is a rigid spatula, and very sturdy, so I use it for burgers, steak, fish, getting pizza out of the oven, pancakes, slap something, I don't know, anything. Handle has been solid, but I always wash it by hand (we decided to take the dishwasher out and use that space for something else, so I AM the dishwasher anyway). I even use it to scrape my stainless griddle I have on one of my grills - perfect.I also have a couple of the flexible spatulas, but this on is the one that I always reach for. So I recently just bought another one. It is so versatile, that if I would have to choose between all my spatulas, this one will probably win (although for indoor cooking the MIU solid spatula almost perfection...Happy cooking!

Heavy for home, perfect for pros.
This thing is HEAVY! Very solid and strong, no flex at all to the blade. Handle is full tang and comfortable to hold. The blade is also fairly thick so the corners shouldn't bend from banging it on a grill. Can also empty ½ of a 200 pan in one scoop and lift am entire standing rib roast with no trouble. For less than $9 dollars!! I should buy a couple more before someone realizes the pricing error. Ha!
