Q: 1.) What is the maximum height of the base as you slide under a chair 2.) Is the base width of 35" an internal or external dimension

I dont understand the answer to question number 2. Is the base width of 35" and internal measurement or an external measurement between the wheels. Trying to be sure it will fit around the recliner . (Dont understand they answer of 29)

The front casters are 3” and the rear are 4”.

Q: Would this work for patient who is 4'10" tall?

Yes, it would as long as they have good upper body strength and are able to pull themselves up with the bar. I myself am 4"11 and it fits me just fine. The thing I was concerned about was if the Butt Cheek Flaps are low enough for someone this height and they are. The person in our household that I use it with is over 6' and it also works for him as well.

LIFE CHANGER

Moving my patient with this made her life much easier. And she is more motivated to leave the bed compared to using the lift/hoist machine.It took a month+ to be delivered, but totally worth the wait.Setting it up was easy, they provided with all the tools, insuring a secure fit.The chair in the back works well, but the patient needs to be still and not moving.
