This has become one of my kitchen staples. The flavor is rich and full without being too salty, and it adds a nice depth to soups, stews, and sauces. I’ve even stirred a little into rice and vegetables for extra flavor, and it works perfectly. I also love how easy it is to use. A small spoonful goes a long way, and since it’s concentrated, one jar lasts a good amount of time. It’s a convenient way to make broth without having to keep bulky cartons in the fridge. For the quality, taste, and how far it stretches, I think it’s worth every penny. It’s one of those things I plan to keep stocked because it makes cooking so much easier and more flavorful.

This was a great vegetarian alternative. It's gave my vegetarian french onion soup a more realistic beef flavor. I bought this several times now. It dissolve easily in hot water unlike dry vegetarian soup mixes that leave chunks behind.

Very good vegetarian product. Don't use too much as it can become on the salty side. Very satisfying in collard greens.

I highly recommend this product. You can add it to your soup, vegetables, sauces, and gravy for an extra boost of flavor. I couldn't imagine cooking without it. Try it and you'll like it.

Some of the vegetable bouillon cubes or vegetable bases out there are kind of terrible, but this one is delicious! I love that it's a base as it mixes in quickly and easily to liquids.
