Works well. Lasts long.
Very good product. Being an electrician and plumber, I've used Eastman before. I'm impressed by their quality and good life expectancy. Their price is also quite good so its a win-win.

Worked great but....
Great for the price. About $4 less than local home centers. But... the two bottom screws are just a tad higher than my stock one and the one from the home center. This means any wires coming up from the bottom need at least ¼" excess length to be able to travel up to the screw. Mine made it but it's really stretched.

It took time
It took me a few tries to get this one correct, but it was my fault because I ordered the wrong watts for my unit. I ordered 12,500 when it was supposed to be 25,000. I could see the part number because it was so small and I thought it read the other one.

Product works well. I guess shame on me for assuming the factory screws were secured. The middle 2 screws on the left side were not tightened. After a week of operation the unit overheated and tripped the thermal overload [red button]. It also melted a portion of the clear plastic cover. After cleaning and tightening the loose screws the thermostat has functioned well
