Don't know for sure. If I had to hazard a guess, I would say no. I'm thinking 22 mags are a bit longer, aren't they? The spaces have a little to spare, girth-wise, but not much at all length-wise. Sorry I can't be of more help. All-in-all, pretty nice fit for 22LR.
