Q: How long can you wear them before they break?

Well I guess that will depend on how long someone is waring then and how rough someone is on them. I bought them for a wedding and have not wore them yet.

Q: Why are they both for my left foot? Buyer beware

These are very pretty but the pattern for both "go in same direction" .. It would be like wearing 2 left shoes..

Q: what size the toe ring is ?

They are all one size. The actual toe ring is adjustable. We just used these at my wedding. Everyone from adult bridesmaids to 3 year old flower girls were able to use the shoes with minimal asjustment.

Yes, I wear a 6 1/2 and mines fit just fine!
