Wusthof Classic IKON Carving Knife, One Size, Black, StainlessThis sliced thru my chicken easily. The 'dimples' must help. I have other Wusthof knives without and they do not cut as easily as this one. The ones I have with the "dimples" do.

Love it! Worth the money. Slices raw meat like butter.

Knife is of high quality steel and has a full tang. Sharpens easily and holds its edge well. Handles nicely as well. Would DEFINITELY buy again!
