Totally Unique Reading Experience,
This book is very informative, giving the reader many options, resources and support to begin using Immersive Technology. This book was so much fun to read too! As the reader you get to view the images in AR as you are reading and experience many of the Mixed Realty options being discussed by the various authors. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book.

A starting point for XR in Education
Fantastic. My only issue was 1 or 2 of the apps they speak about no longer seems to exist... strange since it was just published recently... overall still a great book and starting point for XR use in education

Technology that will shape our future!
The education landscape is continually changing as more immersive technology is readily available and it can be very intimidating for educators. Reality Bytes is a great resource that can help teachers learn a wide variety of technology tools that can be integrated within their curriculum to create engaging lessons while also preparing students for the technology driven jobs of tomorrow. This book has great ideas in how to engage learning and become creators instead of just consumers. If you are hesitant and don't know where to begin, just know that this book is a great way to get a head start.

Not just a book!
Praise for Reality Bytes. This is not just a book, it is an experience. With illustrations acting as triggers for AR, this is such a unique read! Make sure you scan the QR code on the back of the book! The stories that are used to explain the framework in the book are both relate-able and interesting. I wish that technology like this had existed when I was in school as it would have made learning so much more fun. The authors spend time helping me, the reader, to understand how both AR and VR can be used for learning in a way that is manageable and not intimidating. I am so glad that I bought a copy of this book!

A must read for educators!
As a chemistry teacher, I'm always looking for ways to push the boundaries of what I can do with my students. I had seen a demo of virtual reality where students were able to mix chemicals together and visually see atoms recombining into new substances, making the abstract and invisible, visible and concrete. I thought this book might provide me with more ways to see how this technology could be used in my classes. Not only did I find a bunch of new ways to use virtual reality with my students, but I can totally see now how augmented reality is just as powerful. Also, I've never seen a book with so much interactive content in the book itself. Love the AR experiences!
