Q: What is the material of this tree?

I do not know what the material is, but the artificial tree still looks brand new after spending the cold and brutal winters in Cleveland.

Q: Will the wind blow it down if placed outside on my deck?

The wind could. There is no way to add weight to the pot (i.e. a brick on the inside) because the pot is sealed.

Q: it says 50" and on the picture it states 63" what is the height of the planter and the actual product?

The entire planter and product is 50 inches tall. The planter (pot) is about 24 1/2 inches and the bush is about 25 1/2 inches.
