They have promt customer service. This was partially my fault for not paying attention, and Amazons fault for how they filter. I was simply upset I couldn't rely on Amazons filters but 98% of everything that is filtered under silk simply is not silk. The product was as advertised.This and other polyester satin should not show up when filtering for Material: Silk. Silk is a material, satin is a weave, and polyester satin simply is not silk and it showing up when filtering for silk is misleading. The company has reached out to make this right, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. This is just as much mine and Amazons fault. I should have done my due diligence in reading the description instead of relying on the filters

The product was perfect but I have not slept on satin sheets before. The only part that stayed in place was the bottom sheet. I lost the top sheet along with anything else on top of it during the night. I didn’t know how to keep them on the bed during sleep. I use the pillow cases still.

Just like the title, its not as soft as I expected. It gets rougher after washing and doesn't keep me as cool as I thought. I believe I just need to buy a real silk fitted sheet to get what I'm looking for but for the price you cannot beat this. I'll still use it as it's better than my other sheets

tbh i never had silk satin sheets before so I didn't know what to expect. Looks like the photos! They are quite smooth and slippery! haha. When I'm just lying down watching TV the pillow under my head feels like its sliding off. Even when I sleep slight movements make the pillow slide. But it is what it is. Summer is coming and its getting warmer. These sheets keep my bed cooler so I can live with it. When the weather gets cooler I will change to my fleece blankets. Overall, I say a good buy for the money.

I wish it came with a second pillowcase. No snags and is soft.

The sheets are really nice. Seem to be of great quality. Shipping is a little odd. They are not repackaged. They are sent in their original packaging so the likelyhood of them being stolen it great.

For the price this set is great for the guest room

Right out the package I always like to check my items and the 2 pillow cases are sewed weird and have alot of strings/fabric hanging out thats still attached nervous to wash now incase they tear more

Absolutely nothing wrong with them but have discovered that I hate satin sheets.
