I'm 6'5", 210 lbs. I ordered this product by mistake. I thought I was ordering the regular stuff, which I've been taking for about 3 years (with intermittent breaks). However, I decided to try it. I took two capsules 15 minutes before my workout. Wow! Driving on my way to the gym, I was super pumped. I had an insatiable desire to pull my car over and run to the gym, instead of driving. I couldn't sit still in my seat. No kidding. I'm guessing it was the caffeine. This energy stayed with me throughout my 1.5 hour workout. This works really well. If you have any type of heart issues, I would recommend checking with your doctor first before taking it.

It's a great pre, I have used many, and I don't need the head tingle or the agro feeling.. It keeps me going, get a good sweat, and work's well with my intra! Solid pump...

Let me start by saying this.I work in the steel industry and I run all day,by the time i get home I'm beat down tired plus I'm 44 years old to boot.No gas left in the tank to throw around my weights UNTIL I bought some of this amazing stuff.One hour after taking it I'm just like the package says BEAST MODE.I was easily able to lift for 3 hours and still wanted more but had to wind down for bed.So if your dragging a$$ pop 2 of these and you'll be kicking a$$.No doubt this stuff works and works well.I will be recommending this to everyone I know who lifts.

Notice that they don’t include a picture of the nutrition label in the description. If they included it, you would discover that you need to take 3 capsules to get just 2 grams of creatine but you would also end up with 180 mg of caffeine. That’s more than a 16oz can of Red Bull. I definitely feel energy at the gym because my heart is racing on caffeine. Save yourself some money and buy something with a legitimate amount of creatine.

Let me start by saying that i have been using the purple bottle from these guys and i really like it. That being said. I have been taking the pre workout C4 for a while and wanted to switch it up a little bit, so i figured i'd give this stuff a shot. dosage says to take 1-3 tabs 60-30 mins pre workout, first day i pop 2 pills just beacuse im used to stems and i start my workout, which to say is very very early in the morning, 2:30am ish so i need a good pre workout. Didn't feel anything, no flush like C4 gives you, no energy what so ever. So the next day i pop 3 more pills... still nothing.. same on day 3. So i'm toying with the idea to take my C4 and 2-3 pills but dont want to over do it on pre workout. I will continue to keep taking this product till it's gone. I hope to see some gains from it if anything. I will repost after 40 days and the pills are all gone. But so far im unsatisfied. Update: after finishing the bottle i never got anything positive out of this product. My blood sugar levels crashed while taking this product. I have Addisons Disease so i dont know if that had anything to do with it but it had a very negative effect on me. I will not be taking this product agian. What doesnt work for one person might be a great product for another. But its not for me.
