Took ages to arrive.. Not product fault but this takes one star. Then 2 stars down for the weak structure.. Will never trust to but my screens depend on that.. I have mechno pieces more well structured

Great product ! Fits perfectly with my 17” laptop, and you can barely see the tray. I mounted it to my vivo dual monitor mount. Brackets fit perfectly, aligned perfectly, and it was easy to install.Only complaint which is personal preference would be the price. Just a little pricey but if your on a budget, but other than that, no issues what’s so ever!

The nuts supplied do not work with the bolts supplied and will dirve you NUTS as they will not go down the screw after a turn, bloody idiotic and shoddy quality control. This renders it totally useless to complete the job. One has to find alternative nuts and bolts to complete the job. For most people will need a trip to the hardware store, wasting time and money. You start swearing and cursing and calling names at goddam whichever Chinese factory threw in those bolts and nuts which do not match. Exactly the kind of thing that ruins your confidence in buying crap with absolutely no Amazon quality checking or anything. If you can find suitable nuts you are OK as the metal is fine.

The arms themselves are built very well with decent welds and finish. The hardware however is lacking. The clunky shape and size of the bolts means that the arms will not rotate 180 degrees because the hardware is hitting the arms. They glide on cheap plastic washers. This makes the whole thing unstable.I replaced the bolts with flush mounted hex ones and a brass bushing between the sections to improve it.

Be mindful that those trays do not come with the hardware to secure the tray onto the arm. The ones that come with the arm cannot be used due to design. The screw nobs will stick out on the surface. I have to run to the hardware store to get some proper screws that fit.

Using not for monitors but for two softbox lamps for my home virtual studio. Works perfectly
