Estoy encantada con este robot. De las tareas domésticas, lo que más me desagrada es barrer y trapear y este robot me ha cambiado la vida. Llevo usándolo casi un mes y hasta ahora todo funciona perfecto. Estuve cazando un buen precio y cuando lo vi lo aproveche y no me arrepiento. Funciona perfectamente con la alfombra. Barre perfectamente el cabello, tengo cabello largo y siempre había cabello por todo el departamento. La aplicación en el celular es muy fácil de usar y funciona como control remoto, es perfecto, te permite determinar qué secciones de tu casa quieres limpiar. La función de trapeado funciona bien para una limpieza moderada, aunque no reemplazaría la limpieza profunda en caso de manchas en el piso, aún así lo recomiendo mucho.

Bought on nov 2019 and still loving it.
LONG REVIEW BUT REAL EXPERIENCE: I bought this in November of 2019 and wanted to wait a while before writing a review. Overall I absolutely love this robot! It saves me SO MUCH TIME. I have experienced some issues with this device but the pros def outweigh the cons. And they are listed below. Mapping feature: PRO: I live in a two story home and the device is able to map both floors with ease and allows me to mark each room so that I can pick which rooms/areas it cleans. CON: obv you have to move the device upstairs/downstairs but sometimes the device gets confused which floor it’s on. Ex: I had the device upstairs but it could not locate itself, and when it did the debot thought it was downstairs so it started following the downstairs map. Really annoying because sometimes it wouldn’t clean and it would just keep saying “locating”. Took a week before it fixed itself. Mopping feature: PRO: it’s nice to use if you don’t feel like mopping because it honestly does a decent job with it. CON: the mop job is not THAT great of course because it’s just gliding a wet cloth across the floor and it can leave streaks. Alexa feature: PRO: “Alexa tell Debot to start cleaning” “ok” CON: “Alexa, tell Debot to vacuum the living room” “Sorry, I don’t know that one.” Tip: make sure you take care of the device. In order for the vacuum to be most effective you need to make sure you take apart the pieces at least 2x a month to clean and dust it and wipe- VERY easy. Make sure you pick up the room/areas before cleaning. Especially cords! Deebot loves cords! Also when moving the Deebot and it’s charging station up and down the stairs ALWAYS place it in the same spot as you did previously. If not, it will get lost and start creating a new map instead of cleaning. Other experiences: the Debot is very good at sensing drops and has not fallen for me. Occasionally, dust will build up underneath the machine and it will say it’s drop sensor is blocked and won’t move. Just flip it over and clean it. My upstairs has carpet, tile, and laminate floor and Deebot has no issues with transitioning. My downstairs is all tile with an area rug by the sofa. Deebot cannot make the transition onto the rug. I am thinking because it is too thick. Even when I pick it up and place it on the rug it acts like it’s on a platform high above the ground and it’s too scared to move for fear of falling lol it’s annoying but it just means I need to whip out the regular vacuum to hit that small spot. One issue I do continue to encounter is the error message “Laser disk sensor is blocked” I cannot seem to figure out the cause or solution Overall I have a dog and cat, both shed heavy. This device is saving my so much time and helping my allergies. The battery life is good and the cleaning job is fantastic!

Good idea, poor implementation.
I have two of these units, purchased in Q4 of 2019. Both would run a few times a week when new, but now I set them to daily. Battery life is still decent, although they take a long time to recharge. The software is decent, and does a nice job mapping. It will occasionally lose the maps and transpose them over another. The only fix to this is to delete all of them and start over. The biggest issue is the laser. It randomly stops working and tells me it's blocked and needs cleaned. I've taken the entire machine apart to clean it, and it didn't help. The best way to check is to remove the cap over the laser (4 screws, two under rubber stoppers, and a few springs that go underneath). Neither of my units were dirty, but probably had an issue with the quality of the motor they are using. These clean hardwood/tile/etc fine. Terrible on carpet unless it is just on the surface. I still have to get out the big vac to do the rugs. I won't buy them again, at least not from this company.

No cuenta con Garantia en Mexico
“Si vives en México, y decides comprarla, valora el hecho de que no cuenta con garantía”. A finales de mayo 2020, decidí comprar esta aspiradora la cual se promociona como marca Premium, tenía una más barata y buscaba algo más sofisticado. la aspiradora cuenta con sistema láser (LIDAR) que le permite crear mapas y habla como 5 idiomas. Sin embargo, constantemente se le borraban los mapas de limpieza o había que restaurarlos, en algunas áreas de la casa sencillamente se desconectaba del wifi, y frecuentemente no ubicaba el cargador. Confundía los idiomas, un día hablaba Italiano y al dia siguiente en Español. Por lo que la marca Premium solo se observa en el precio. No obstante, la aspiradora era funcional hasta que justo un mes antes de vencerse la garantía, comenzó a fallar, con errores en sistema laser, desconexión de la App y terminó girando en círculos (falla común en las aspiradoras de este tipo). Contacté a Amazon México para hacer válida la garantía, indicándome que sólo atienden fallas hasta 30 días después de la compra y posteriormente a ese periodo, debemos contactar directamente al fabricante. Al contactar a ECOVACS, me indican que la garantía solo cubre los equipos vendidos en USA y no ampara los que se encuentran en México. Luego de múltiples correos, deciden ofrecerme a "modo de favor" (como una cortesía) la reparación de la unidad. pero debía yo pagar el envío de ida y vuelta del equipo. El costo de la paquetería era aproximadamente 400 USD ( hay que enviarlo en la caja y con sus accesorios). Con 300 USD se puede adquirir uno mejor y nuevo actualmente en Amazon.com En Resumen. - Si decide realizar la compra de una aspiradora Premium, asegúrese de hacerlo en una tienda física ubicada en México. - Pareciera estos equipos están diseñados para durar solo poco más de un año de uso, por lo que no vale la pena invertir mucho dinero en ellos. - Mi otra aspiradora barata aun sigue funcionando, quizás porque no cuenta con tanta tecnología y solo habla un idioma. - Como comprador, quede indefenso y debo asumir la pérdida, estos temas deberían estar regulados. usualmente no escribo reseñas pero me he tomado el tiempo con este caso a fin de evitar que a otras personas les ocurra lo mismo.
