an xl is about a 40-44 size. The cups are the same size in all of these bras.

Q: What is the difference between xxl and xxl plus ?

I think they are the same In my experience the "plus" just means that its in the "Plus size" range where a XXL " is a size 18. I bought this bra in size XXL (size 2X) and it fits fine. In ordinary bra sizes I wear a 42 DD. Hope this helps because I think you'll enjoy this very comfortable bra.
