I bought this as a gift on father's day. I didn't expect it would be defect, it worked totally fine but when it's discharged you cannot charge it again. After contacting customer service, they responded so quickly and made sure i will receive the newer model they brought in. Few days until i received the new model and it was working perfectly. We're very happy with the price and functionality of the shaver. Mostly because of the great team supporting. It brings you peace of mind when buying products online.

Just cable arrived with machine , no adapter plug and machine work like it has zero charging even though i carge it and it nicks the skin.....not good quality
