Traps moths but doesn't kill all of them (which it says on the packaging)
I have been on the fence about going all the way to mothballs (a poisonous stink) but decided to try traps first. The first night I got one unit that comes with 2 traps and used both traps simultaneously as instructed (you are not supposed to do more than 4 at a time) and was disappointed to see nothing after 2 weeks. I put a third one out and a couple of weeks later each trap had about 10-20 moths. The trap ony attracts males to the female pheromone and this is why th package calls the traps a moth indicator or detector and will not kill the larve which are hatching. I am giving in to the moth ball and I may regret it but it is the only way to kill the larvae and stop the circle of life! Cedar balls don't kill larvae, they just detour them out of your closet away from the clothe so they don't get holes. This product works as a trap not a repellant or way to kill all of the moths but is a good trap.

Works well!
Does exactly what it advertises. It's very important to make sure you're dealing with clothes moths if you want these traps to work. I see far too many silly reviews blaming the product for not working simply because the purchaser couldn't bother to find out what kind of moth they had. Try to capture one of the moths, either at night when they're flying around or in the early morning when I've found they to tend to hang around nightlights, so you can attempt to identify them with something as simple as a quick Google image search. If you've found any organic wall-hangings, pillows, articles of clothing, etc., with tiny webbed cocoons and dotted with pellet-like eggs, then you clearly have clothing moths and these are the traps you want. The moths tend to hide from direct sunlight, so it's important to check behind any wool wall-hangings even if it doesn't look like the moths are eating them. Both traps in the accompanying photos were placed in dark, elevated spots in rooms where I noticed the moths tended to frequent and used over a period of about four months (although the manufacturer recommends replacing every three). Instead of seeing dozens of moths flying around I now see none, although I will continue using new traps just to make sure the infestation never returns.

Don't work
Don't waste your money on these. They are ineffective. Pay more and get Green Way traps that actually catch clothes and carpet moths. I had Green Way first and was impressed with the amount of moths they caught. Dozens and dozens. But they are fairly pricey and I couldn't find the 6 box package deal again, so tried these. I think several Biocare traps caught two moths total over a couple months. I thought, great, maybe no moth problem anymore. Then I saw a few flying around and found the Green Way package deal again. Within a couple days, two traps had caught 8 moths.

Traps moths
It traps moths pretty well, but the construction of the gadget could be made a little better so that it doesn't come apart. If you place it in the closet, clothing articles could get stuck on the glue. I called the company and I didn't like their customer service as they didn't answer fully or at all on how to remove the glue on clothing articles. So, I had to figure it out myself.
