O único problema que eu achei é que no microfone dele não vem a espuminha que tira bastante o ruído quando você fala mas a qualidade de som é muito bom principalmente pra quem joga, pra música não é tão bom porque sinto falta dos graves mas pra quem não gosta de grave tá ok

Alright so first of all, this comes with a lifetime dolby access, and it sounds SUPERIOR, anyone saying its "heavy bass" is just a snowflake, i can pinpoint all the enemies in cod/fortntie/apex. No problem. Sound is full and really crisp. Its a really complete headset, just update the firmware of the settings before anything to avoid any bugs or crashes. And you'll be just fine really nothing to hate about this headset. (Its ONLY compatible with xbox NOTHING ELSE)
