I've been using CLA as a supplement for years. I go through lots of ups and downs with my exercise routine, but taking CLA consistently helps me retain my muscle when I spend more time on cardio than lifting, boost my metabolism when I am go through spurs of doing intermittent fasting and in some instance when my diet and exercise are in full alignment, I have seen fat loss.The key for CLA to work is taking it for 90 days, consistent exercise routine and a balanced diet! Since I've been taking these (on my second bottle now), I definitely feel more energetic throughout my day. I've noticed improvements in my skin tone as well as my performance in the gym. I'd have no qualms about using this for the rest of my life but the smell/taste of the pill can be quite bad, which is why I initially stopped taking them, but no other multivitamins I tried (OneADay, GNC, Centrum, Vitafusion) came close to what Vitamode did for me. So I went ahead and bought another bottle, with the same smell/taste issue but hey, I'd be willing to sacrifice the 20 seconds it takes to hold my breath, open the bottle, and wash down a couple of pills for a full day's worth of energy and all the other additional benefits. Pro-tip: Better to wash it down with a protein shake or anything flavored.And yes, the neon green pee is a thing, probably from all the B vitamins.No issues from taking these for over 3 months.
