Wrights Bread Mix Premium White 500g

For an US old boomer, it wasn't too bad converting to cups. It said cook for over 3 hrs. Don't. Way too long. Like I said, the flavor for me wasn't too bad.

I've used all of the Wrights variety of bread mixes in my bread maker. Not had a bad loaf yet. Will continue to buy them.

I put about 5mls of oil in with the water and put oil on my board. I make 2 small loaves and it stops the 2nd one from becoming too dry

Enjoy cooking with this flour makes very tasty bread.
