Good quality n creates amazing ambience in the room

Glass made drops and quality product
The media could not be loaded. Came with good packaging with bubble wraps. Few extra drops were present as backup. Installation takes time but easy. Value for money product and overall happy experience. There is a plastic on the steel base which is white in color and hard to notice as a wrap. Don’t forget to peel it off before installation.

Bad quality product
My original order came packed well. However, the light was not working. Upon checking, found that the soldering had come off. Ordered a replacement and got another piece. This time, there were several problems. The tray did not have the protective cover exposing the steel which had many scratches. The crystals were fully worn out. The chains were broken on at least 10+ pieces. It was clearly a defective item and the seller had just sent it without basic inspection. Overall, very bad experience.

Its attractive with the lights on ,& even without the lights on! The lights are so powerful , that it fully illuminates my 25 feet hall.Value for money!

Quality is not good. Don't buy.
Have ordered it recently but the quality of the crystals are mostly broken. There is no installation manual. It came packed in a big box but it is not possible to check each & every crystal from the box within the return time. When my electrician came for installation we could find many crystals broken, some strings also broken, some doesn't have hooks but couldn't unistall & return it back. So overall very bad experience, please dont buy this item from Amazon. Also just for show there was a customer care number written but no body ever picked up the call.

Good product but need some efforts for assembly
Good packing, on time delivery, no part was broken or damaged , user manual was informative.But it needs quite an effort to assemble the light.
