simple to use. Needed some assistance which was very responsive.

I purchased this to easily switch between a roku and an old Xbox console. I also purchased some additional HDMI cables which were needed. Setup was a breeze and everything worked perfectly right out of the box. The company followed up to make sure I was happy with the purchase and reminded me that they have 12 months of free warranty service if needed. I love it when you buy something and it just works.

I checked all the reviews and even posted a question to confirm whether this would definitely work w/ an older single- HDMI port tv and an Apple TV HD device. It said it would, and a manufacturer photo even showed the Apple TV in it. Sooo... it worked ok w/ the cable box, but not w/ the Apple TV device. Got an error message that it wasn’t supported. Returned it and so I just plug/ unplug whichever box I want to watch. Frustrating.

For my purposes, the 3 second or so interval to switch from one input to the other was excessive, so I returned it. The screen was black during that time. That would have been frustrating for my audience.
