Best carpet stain remover I’ve ever used. Almost stunning how quickly and completely it works on tough stains. Must be careful not to bleach the carpet so be sure to test and good idea to rinse spot after stain disappears. I’ve used on wool and synthetic blends. I initially bought from distributor and got terrible customer service so happy to pay extra for Amazon’s service. Be sure to use with dial chamber spray bottle bc apparently these chemicals become deactivated if combined.

I regret not taking before and after pictures because this made a nice set of upholstered dining room chairs look brand new again. They had numerous coffee spills and were unsightly. I had used this product previously on yellow colored dog urine stains with great success. Same thing with the coffee circles and spills - all gone. Do be careful as the chemicals are very strong. Follow all instructions and remember once mixed, it's only good for about 5 minutes.

Worked beautifully on two seperate occasions on rust stains and spilled red wine on WHITE carpet. Purchased twice and will continue doing so. If it performs poorly for you then you are not following directions

Great product. I have a white rug and spilled red wine. This product completely removed it. I reordered and unfortunately there must have been a leak in one of the bottles. Bad shipping.

I dumped an entire travel mug of hot coffee all over cream colored carpet. Even the professional cleaners couldn’t get it out, though they helped. I noticed this is what they used to try to lift the stain. I read the reviews and thought maybe it needed to be applied again and/or for a longer period of time. I’m kind of surprised how well it worked. I applied the product, covered it with plastic, weighted the plastic down with books and let it work for a couple hours. I highly recommend this product. It’s worth the price. The bottle does say it’s for professional use. I assume that’s for personal safely reasons so I did wear a mask and gloves. It does not have a strong odor though.

Tried on old wood stain on carpet. It slightly lightened, but didn’t remove. Not sure if anything can remove an old wood stain though.

wow this stuff works....cleaned blood off a brand new bedspread from a nose bleed! I bought it after my carpet cleaning man came and cleaned up a whole glass of red wine on my white carpet. I then went on line and bought it. So I can handle so many stains without the cleaner guy! the stains have to organic or it does not work. No red Kool aide
