These are also good plain/uncooked but I’m a fan of the crunch I get from toasting these, which also brings out the flavors of the bread. If I have a low carb dip, I cut these into tortilla chip size pieces, brush with olive oil on a parchment lined baking sheet and toast them in the oven until they are lightly toasted and gently sprinkle with a tad bit of Himalayan salt. But before I got around to trying that I used it to make a lower carb pizza. It turned out great. I even got a crispy crust. The pitas were very good also. Nice flavor.
