Really is a powerful little fan, but a tad pricey.
When I first took this fan out of the box, I didn't really like it. I was a little disappointed with its appearance and wasn't expecting much. It looks white in the picture, but the actual product is more yellowish beige. I was about to toss it aside and then decided to charge it up and give it a chance.I plugged it into my computer for 2 hours worth of charging and turned it on. By the way, the directions inside state that you shouldn't use it while charging or you can wreck the motor. I turned it on and was quite surprised at the volume of air this little machine generates! It actually works really well! It comes with a small water bottle for filling the water tank, which is located at the very top of the circle of the fan. The misting levels have 2 adjustments. It can spray every 2 seconds or every 3 seconds, and the mist is very fine. If you live in a dry climate, the mister may be more important or appreciated than for those who live where it's humid. I have dry skin, so it feels really nice to me.I have to say, that overall, I was quite surprised and pleased with this desk fan. I received it at a discount in exchange for my unbiased and honest review, and I'm knocking off a star because I think the full retail price is too high.

What a cute little misting fan with a good breeze
I ordered a few rechargeable fans in the last few days. There is a tropical storm going on (thankfully mostly missed us except for tons of rain and some flooding) and it’s that time of year here – hurricane season.I picked this fan because of the misting action it has. If the power goes out any fan helps in Florida and a misting fan can make it seem even a little cooler. When I first saw the box I laughed a tiny bit. The box says Water Fairy Humidifier Fan with a picture of the fan on the front. I opened the box to find the fan, a charging cable, a water bottle, and instructions. I looked over the instructions as the fan charged. When I first took the fan out of the box it was completely dead but after charging it fully it worked great, so just charge it first. So after it was charged I turned it on (switch on the back) and forgot about for a little bit. I must have accidently turned it on and off a half a dozen times just by bumping it with my elbow. I’ll just put it a little further away from me on my desk. The touch sensor is sensitive, that’s a good thing. The fan itself has safety blades, foam so no injuries to the cats’ tails in case they accidently get them in there. Plus the fan part is moveable so you can direct it where you want it to blow. You are not stuck with it just going straight ahead. It goes back and forth.I filled up the fan with water and tested it out. It works great. With the fan one it blows a little less often with the water, water only blows a little more, and fan only is fan only. The water is a fine mist and not big droplets so you don’t feel soaked. It also as an auto shut off after 2 hours. It’s not a big fan so I can throw it in my car and carry it around but it does put out quite a bit of air. I got lucky and was able to receive this at a discounted rate for review but all opinions are my own. I am not required to give a good review, just an honest one. I shop a LOT on Amazon and depend upon reviews to help me shop so I hope my reviews can help others. If you think my review is helpful, please click yes.Overall am I happy with my purchase? Yes, I may order another one as a gift for my mom.

Good desk humidifier
I live in the desert and get terrible allergies for most of the year. I have thought about getting some sort of humidifier before, but I wanted a cold water humidifier because I am allergic to mold and don’t want to worry about a warm one creating more problems. I saw this and it was just perfect - small enough that I could put it on my desk or bedside table and portable. When I got it, it was different than I expected. I was thinking that the water would go in the bottom of the fan. It actually goes in the top of the fan, and squirts out of the center. The little cavity at the top where the water goes isn’t very large, but the water still lasts for quite a long time, about two hours, because the mist is so fine. This is nice because if you want to use just the mist and not the fan, it doesn’t make everything feel damp. The fan blades are flexible and safe, so if you (or a child) stick your fingers in there you won’t get hurt. The angle of the fan is adjustable, but probably only about 30 degrees tops. There are three settings on the fan: fan with mist, mist only and fan only. The fan is a little bit loud, but I think most small fans are. I usually just use the mist alone. The cap for the water tank also doesn’t stay on super well if you bump it, so I’d be worried about toppling it over on a desk next to a computer. It has a rechargeable battery that runs off USB, and an included USB cord. It also includes a little bottle to fill the water tank.I put some menthol in it, and I shouldn't have done that. I think the menthol molded. I had to clean it out. Don't put anything but water in it.I received this product at a discount for my unbiased review.
