My physical therapist was using one of these on herself to hit pressure pointe. I was there for myself and a fall, but I told her about my husband always having me to try to put pressure on his back where it spasms, and she said it would be great for that. It does seem to help him, and I have tried it myself several times and always get some relief.

I was out of town and left my old thera cane at home. Ordered this one, it's different than my other one, the green one. I am quite happy with it. It does just as good a job, if not better, than a massage therapist in getting those stubborn knots out along my thoracic spine. And I don't have to call for or pay for an appointment!

Loved this thing till it snapped in half during intensive use. Bought a cheaper one at target that's nowhere near as fragile

Out of all the hook-types of massagers, this kind wins hands down. The extra curvature allows you to really get into knots anywhere on your back and shoulders. One star was taken off because I thought the color would be more vibrant but it’s more of a mustard yellow.

This tool is perfect for using on area on my back I can't reach.

Works very well especially for those hard to reach places and tight muscles.

I'm fat and the reason I wanted it is for the back but it wont go over my body-That being said I do like it for other areas of the body but will need to buy an S shaped one for my back

My doctor suggested one, and this was the best deal out there. When it arrived I was surprised to find that the quality was so tough. Great product.
