Finding Dory (Read-Along Storybook and CD) Paperback – May 3, 2016

My daughter (2.75 years old) is obsessed with all things Nemo and Dory right now, so buying this book/CD combo was a no-brainer. I love having these for longer trips in the car, and we use them with a boombox at home on a regular basis as well. My daughter can turn the pages of the book on her own when she hears the chime and loves following along with the story.I did note that this book is a bit longer than the other Disney Read-Along books in our collection. The older books (Finding Nemo, Toy Story, The Lion King) are all about 10 minutes in length, and this one is 15. Not a problem, but something to note. The pages of this book are definitely longer than the pages in the other books I mentioned. I was a little bit worried about the length at first, but again, my daughter loves Dory and already knew the plot of the movie, so the length was not an issue at all.

I bought this cute doggie pantie because I take her with me every time I visit my daughter and have to take 2 planes, and is very stressful for me thinking she'll do her thing on the carpet. Love it it won't fall! I put a little dipper, but you can use a pad also. This size is small, my dog is a 11 pounds toy schnauzer.

I love the read-along books and CDs. I travel long distances with my grandchildren. This passes the time with a lot of fun. I prefer books to DVD as this also gives them a chance to read. This story was great and loved the narrative.

This story is great addition to the read along series. The story is 15 minutes of listening and has character voices from the movie. The book has page turn sounds to help nonreaders know when to turn the page. It holds the attention of my 5 and 6 year for the entire book.

If you do not have these playing in your vehicle (that is still CD playing-friendly), then your kiddo is missing out on some pretty quality auditory adventures! My daughter asks for this story and our Moana story often! The storybooks fit nicely into the back of our front driver's seat, so she can just pull out the books and follow along! It makes car rides so much more pleasant and fun for her. I like to call it a parenting win on my behalf. ;)

Great book, colorful and engaging pictures. Just wish the quality of the pages (they can rip easily) was better and the story a little longer.

My daughter loves listening to this story before bed. I uploaded it to iTunes and synced it to her iPad for ease of access. It was nice to read this before the movie came out, too. Short version of the movie, with actual voices from the movie.

These audio books keep my five year old interested and occupied without having to resort to screen time. I love that they use actual audio clips from the movies. Finding Dory is a great one. She is able to get them out and operate them by herself too, which is a bonus when you are trying to fit in some cooking or cleaning into the day.

Livro fiel ao filme, muito completo. Porém, não dei 4 estrelas pois creio que as páginas poderiam ter mais ilustrações. Cada página tem um quadro do filme ilustrado, mas poderia ser dividido em quadros pequenos pois até que a narração termine, minha filha de 4 anos, que ainda não sabe ler, precisa ficar "concentrada" naquela única ilustração, e a tendência é querer mudar de página antes da narração terminar. E até para nós pais, ficaria mais divertido e fácil de contar o episódio se houvesse mais quadros ilustrados.

Les +:Finding Dory et NEMO sont accessibles pour les enfants à partir de 3 ans environ .Les images ne sont pas violente et compréhensible.Je trouve interessant de pouvoir entendre l histoire racontée en anglais.Sur ce storybook « finding dory » il y a certains mots du texte écrit en plus gros (je pense que c est un plus pour les enfants un peu plus grand qui commence à lire, ). J imagine que c est une nouveauté car dans les autres il n y avait pas ça.Les - :Les livres read allong sont minces et fragiles « mon fils a par exemple NEMO depuis 4 mois et on est déjà au rafistolage de page, alors qu il ne l utilise qu’avec moi et pas tout le temps ».Mais je recommande car petit prix, belle image, ça permet de se familiariser avec certains mots en anglais tranquillement. Et mon fils aime bien

Great version. CD in car with story = handy. Other versions aren't always so grear. Moana one has a drab voice-over storyteller.

The narration of the book is terrible. And the book itself crams so much text on to each page that the pictures rarely apply to what is being read.
