I gave this 4 stars, because I'm concerned about wind damage to side rail. This is a SIDE PANEL. I'm looking forward to warmer weather to put it to the test. I forgot to take a picture, when I tried it out in the yard. Well built. It'll add nice privacy to campsite. I'm still waiting for the front panel. I'm hoping that the review I read about possible issues with wind bending side rail, that it's attached to, doesn't happen to mine. I will be careful, when there's a possibilty of wind.

Sets up easy, heavy duty fabric just like the awning itself, easily fits back into its bag after use. A must have if you’re camping in a spot where the sun rises or sets in its path and you need shade.

We tried to use this in a pretty good amount of wind - 20mph, gusts to 25/30 - and it wanted to basically destroy the awning. The angle makes it press down on the crossbars extremely hard. So in a sense I guess it keeps the awning from wanting to lift off the ground but in doing that it potential smashes it and bends the bars. Basically use this for extra shade or rain protection, not for serious wind.

This is a great addition to the awning. Fits perfectly right out of the box, well thought out design and adds a great side protection from sun and rain. I've got it mounted on a 1250 awning over the back of our IntechRV Pursue. The one thing I wish it was capable of is some height adjustment. I know they have to account for the possible height of the awning, but when mounted about 6' high, there is quite a bit of angle needed to keep it off the ground. If there was a way to shorten it a bit and stake the bottom closer to 90 deg that would be awesome! It works fine like it is, more of a "this would be nice" thing.
