These helped immediately with my plantar fasciitis! They fit and were easy to wear! Excellent support and great quality! I’d buy again!

I've been running with these heel cups in my zero-drop shoes for a few months. I've been very happy with the support and protection these heel cups provide, but was surprised one day to find out that one of them had cracked. I'm road running, occasionally on gravel, and weigh less than 130 lb. Is this supposed to happen?

Provides immediate relief for heel spurs. It is difficult to find these hard plastic heel cups. They are the only thing that makes it possible for me to walk when my heel spurs are irritated. They fit well and are smooth on the edges so they are comfortable.

Saved me from heel spur foot surgery on my right foot. Podiatrist prognosis: chisel surgery, 7 months recovery, repeat every few years -or- (2nd opinion) use this heel cup in all footwear with improvement in several weeks and completely painfree within a month or two; BUT keep wearing even if pain goes away to prevent return. Purchased second pair so I wouldn't have to keep moving the heel cups between shoes/boots. I'm men's size 10 and fit fine without using the heat molding but seems like a good feature.
