First thing first YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO USE it because if you don’t you’ll just end up giving a bad review about it. This dent puller works just as good as the overpriced machines out there!!! Will be using this a lot in the shop. First time putting it to use right out of the box. I will update if there are issues in the future.

This is the 110v version. And it does not work as advertised. Great idea poor execution. Would not recommend this product

I don't really have any issues with the dent puller, it works like it's supposed to. Both cable leads could be a little longer to make it easier to use, but it works as is. I do have an issue with Amazon's shipping service. The box was beat up, part of the dent puller was sticking through the bottom of the box. The case has some damage to it, but does not effect how the machine works. I'm still confused why the Amazon driver left it sitting in the middle of my wide open driveway instead of walking another 30 feet and putting the package on my porch. The porch is covered to protect from weather and has a ring doorbell to help protect from theft.

Not at all a piece of crap.

Just a detail on the ground cable but besides that it's really good.

bought this for my busy shop worked great for the very first weeks since then its been a very expensive paper weight in my shop waste of money
