I’ve tried many of the many one a day supplements and this by far has the best quality without breaking the pockets. Also the liquid supplements are much more accurate on the ingredients that are actually in the vitamin. No fishy aftertaste and no need to purchase a additional vitamin just for the omega oils.

As far as the Vitamins themselves they are great, However the quality control is very poor it seems. The first bottle I bought was great with no issues, The second bottle when opened had a horrible fish smell. Two capsules were broken inside. The rest of the capsules not only had the bad smell, but when you handled one to take, the smell got on the hands. And it was hard to get rid of the Odor. I wound up just tossing these things. I've taken Fish Oil tablets for years and never once had this problem. Other reviews here state the same thing.

The product is good, but I've been having a lot of issues with broken capsules leaking oily contents all over other capsules.

I have ordered this product for years and since they have been coming in the mailbox I can't take it because of the fish's taste and smell. If I can't get them at door I will have to quit getting them I have several bottles here I can not take. Thank You
