Finishing Touch Flawless Salon Nails Kit, Electronic Nail File and Full Manicure and Pedicure Tool

Love my finishing touch nails. This is my second one. First one just stopped working after years. Does a great cuticle and nail finish.

Had it several years - didn’t use it for quite some time. Charged it up and still working great. Purchased another brand sounded good arrived dead on arrival - that sent me in search of where I put my FLAWLESS… charged it up so please it still a champ and now buying one for my adult daughter cause I now Flawless is perfect for my natural nails. Works like a charm :-)

Nice gift idea. It arrived and is exactly as advertised. Could save you a ton on salon expenses and it is fun to do your own nails too.

This is more of an at home use one vs the one you would see the nail ladies using but it still works good. Someone who recommended it to me said it was great for prepping your nails to use prior to putting on press ons. I don’t use press ons myself but I still wanted to give it a try. I feel like this is a great starter tool if you are trying to get used to doing this at home. This to me would be better to prep your own nails and not so much for acrylics. More like different heads to buff your nails. I definitely like the ease of use and the carrying case to keep it in. My only complaint is that when you insert the nail heads into the machine it doesn’t seem to have an end point. So it lets you push it all the way in, making some of the tools more difficult to use. But if you pull the tool out a little, it still works just as good and easier to use. It won’t become loose as you use it either, so don’t push it in all the way.

I've had this 'almost' 2 years and it just completely died. Is not recharging at all . (I did try different cables that were charging other items) I used it just now and again, so not heavy usage at all. It worked well to take top coats off from salon, use polish remover, then buff and file. I've probably used it 15-20 times in all? It did stop spinning if you applied too much pressure when filing nailing ends, but that is probably a good thing to keep you from over filing or breaking a nail. I liked using it.. shame it died. Not sure if I'll replace it with same or check others now.

Excellent tool! Effective, easy to use & the light is really helpful. I only use one of the attachments but it does everything I need it to!

First time I used the Flawless Salon Nails wand, the slide on/off button came of the product. I tried to reattach the slide button, but it would not reattach. I called Amazon who told me I need to speak with the manufacturer, Strawberry Distribution. I reached out to them online and I was told I need to pay shipping costs to return their faulty product. Why would I pay for shipping when I am a Prime member and was not charged for the initial shipping of this faulty product. Called Amazon back who said they would have Strawberry Distribution send me an email with a QR code for no charge on the return shipping. Never received the email with QR code. I did receive an email from the manufacturer with the promise to issue a credit within 3-5 business days, that NEVER HAPPENED! All of this nonsense for $14.43. What really surprised and disappointed me was the lack of support from Amazon and that I had to do all of the chasing back and forth with Strawberry Distribution and NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING FROM STRAWBERRY DISTRIBUTION! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR RETURNS WHEN IN FACT YOU ARE A PRIME MEMBER!

This is a great item for maintaining toe nails.

Love this little tool! Gives amazing results on hands and feet. Easy to use. Removes ridges on nails and does a nice job on cuticles too. Very happy with my purchase.
