This is a great kit, though it would be nice if the company had put the names on the top of each bottle. I took them each out of their boxes because they were way to difficult to get out individually. I also took mini labels and taped them onto the top of each with their abbreviation so I could pull the one out that I wanted. Works great for me now.

i take 4 tablets of all 12 Cell salts; 3 times a day; that means i take a total of 144 tablets daily. I no longer have nightmares, no pulled muscles, no more insomnia, no more suffering of any kind; and my life is a total wreck (my life has been a nightmare unto itself for as long as i can remember). As long as i partake in a lifestyle of mono dieting, intermittent fasting & consistent ingestion of 144 tablets a day, cellular fluidity is achieved and i have no need for anything or anyone.
