Brown Bag Rose Window Shortbread Cookie Pan

I've only had this wonderful pan for a couple of days and I'm happy to say that I've made 2 shortbreads. One regular and one with brown sugar and ginger. BOTH of them were huge hits!! I would recommend this to everyone. It has a little booklet with a few recipes. Each recipe has only 4 - 5 ingredients and they are super easy. Wonderful treat. A little cooking spray before you put in the dough and when finished baking it falls right out!

The Shortbread Cookie Pan is a classic, and shortbread is easily made and so wonderful together with a fruit or ice-cream dessert. Don't bother with the fancy kitchen stores to find this pan - just order it here. Note that it come in a variety of patterns!

Lovely shortbread pan - great depth to the design that should make attractive shortbread for serving. Not a very big pan, though. I thought it would be at least dinner plate sized, but it is about the size of a dessert plate (a third again larger than a cup saucer). Since it is smaller than anticipated, my recipes may have to be tailored to compensate for either too much dough for it to bake properly or for an overflow of ingredients over the edges. For that reason I'm giving it FOUR STARS rather than five.

The shortbread pan baked well. The design came out beautifully. The recipes included with the design taste great!

These are lovely short bread pans. I use spray oil on them before putting the dough in, and the shortbread has articulate, beautiful patterns, and I have no problems with sticking. I have three ceramic pans now and I love them all.

I love these shortbread pans! I now have 4 different patterns and the shortbread recipes are delicious! They were packed very well and I received them in great condition and in a timely manner. Thank you so much!

This was a gift for a shortbread baker friend and she loved it. Has not used it yet but can't wait to get some homemade delights!

It worked perfect my shortbread was a hit, it comes with a recipe book too.
