Useful and practical
I like how informal the events are explained. I am an experienced tester and I’m always seeking ways to improve and enhance my skills in this subject. Most tester are aware that the learning in this topic is continuous and this enjoyable book certainly helps with that. Well recommended for novice and experts in the field.

Some good info, but don’t get the kindle version
The book holds some quite useful tips and advice. However, the kindle version is unreadable in several chapters, particularly the SWOT table and some of the lists used. The kindle version has merged the page numbers and header into the text, so as you read you are constantly being interrupted by irrelevant text. The irony, of course, is that this book about testing clearly hasn’t been tested in all available formats.
