Works great for the cost. I’m not a pro, so I just got this to take them off myself at home. It says don’t put on skin, but I just put a tad on my finger and rubbed it on my lash line. Waited 3 minutes and almost everything was gone. Did it one more time and was good to go. Not sticky but burned my eyelids a tad. Pic shows after first round.

I recently tried the Stacy Lash Lash Extension Remover, and overall, it's a solid product for safely removing lash extensions at home. It works quickly and effectively, breaking down the adhesive without causing excessive irritation to the skin. The formula is gentle enough for the delicate eye area, but it does the job of dissolving the bond without too much effort. That said, I did experience a slight burning sensation in my eyes a couple of times while using it, especially if I got too close to the lash line. This can be a bit uncomfortable, so it's really important to be cautious during application. I recommend using a cotton swab or pad to carefully apply the remover and avoid getting it in your eyes. Just a heads-up, but if you're careful with application, it shouldn't be a big issue. Overall, it’s an effective and affordable lash remover that I would recommend for those who need to safely remove their extensions at home. I’d give it a 4/5, with the only downside being the potential for irritation if you're not careful.

immediately returning. wanted to try a lash remover instead of using a cleansing oil since i am prone to styes. however i couldn’t bare the *BURNING* of this product. i tried many applications and washing my eyelids repeatedly. it barely removed any lashes. maybe like 2 or 3. i use the cleanser of this brand and i like it but this was really a disappointment and my eyes are suffering after trying to give this a chance. i suggest using a makeup oil of some sort and it probably will work and feel better than this.

I needed this to remove my lash extensions at home. While it did remove them, it did not get them all, and it took multiple applications across a few days. This was not effective enough to cleanly remove all the professional lashes in one session (or even 2-3), unfortunately.

I've been getting permanent lash extensions for about two years now, but my last set of lashes was bothering me a great deal and I decided now was a good time to take a break from the false lashes. I didn't want to bother to make an appointment just to remove lashes so I settled on this product. Like it says in the product info, this should be applied by a professional, self-use at your own risk. I used a q-tip to apply to the lashes. There will be stinging, but if you are careful, it will be minimal. I kept my eye firmly shut but a little did seep in, but it was manageable. (Note: I took the contact of the eye I was working on out first). Try to avoid directly touching the skin as well with the gel. I aimed for the lash and hit the delicate skin by the corner of my eye, and I actually found that to be more burning/painful than the stinging I got from a little seepage into the eye from the lashes. Another user described using vaseline to help clean residual solution from the eye before opening, I had coconut oil at home so I used that instead. From some trial and error, I learned swiping some coconut oil around the eye before and after applying the gel helped minimize burning/stinging. I did my left eye first and was 1) too cautious and did not apply close enough to the root where the lashes were glued, and 2) too impatient and only left the gel on probably 20 seconds before trying to brush off with the q-tip, so it did not work well the first round with my left eye. It took lots of trial and error to see how to apply and much to apply the gel in order for it to work. Once I got to my right eye, I was nearly a pro and was able to get a good amount off with first try and without too much stinging. Using a q tip, you have to apply enough of a dab (not too small, not too generous either otherwise it will burn) to soak the glued areas, then patiently wait at least a minute, then you can brush down gently the lashes with your q-tip. When done, wipe with coconut oil around the eye to remove any excess solution, then rinse gently with water. I did lose some natural lashes in the process, and as I said there was some slight stinging. The product works, but there is user error, and really if you want perfect pain free results, you should just go to a professional. Overall I'm happy with the product and it met my expectations.
